The company is set up in 1997 as Muthoot Debt Management Services Limited and changed its name to present name in 2002. The company is a non-deposit accepting NBFC, primarily engaged in providing personal & business loans secured by gold jewellery & ornaments. The company is headquartered at Muthoot Centre, TC No.27/3722, Punnen Road, Thiruvananthapuram Kerala 695039, and having PAN India coverage.
