PurposeTo meet borrower’s liquidity mismatch, acquisition of assets for business purpose or for all types of lawful economic activities. (Proceeds of Loan amount not to be used for any speculative purposes)
EligibilityIndividuals / Joint owners in the age group of 18-65 years.
Proprietorship firms/ Partnership firms /LLP/Pvt. Ltd. /Limited Companies, owning commercial Buildings/premises let out on long term lease and who desire to raise loans against the future rent receivables.
Individual/Partnership firms/Private Ltd. Companies having minimum standing of 1 year who own commercial property/or building in his/her/their own name, which are unencumbered and to be rented / or already let out on long term lease to reputed MNCs/Banks/ PSUs/Pvt. Companies /Large & Medium size Corporates / Government Offices (Both Central & State) / reputed Public bodies like Municipal Corporations etc.
However, the properties should not be or have been leased to Social Infrastructure projects such as School, Colleges, and Orphanages. Hospitals, Old Age Homes etc. 
Nature of FacilityDrop-Line OD Limit  or Term Loan
Scale of FinanceMinimum : Rs. 10.00 Lakhs
